We charge fees for certain services provided through our Site. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. We will provide notice of any fee changes by updating the fees on our Site or by sending you an email.

You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois. Staffing Launch and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Chicago, Illinois. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
